1Service Description

BrainSort AI is a productivity application developed by benjagc2002 that uses artificial intelligence to help you organize your thoughts. The application allows you to:

  • Write "brain dumps" (mental downloads) in free-form text
  • Automatically classify content into tasks, events, notes, and checklists using AI
  • Sync with your calendar
  • Access iOS widgets
  • Sync data across devices

2Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BrainSort AI, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the application.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3Acceptable Use

When using BrainSort AI, you agree to:

❌ Prohibited Uses

  • Use the app for illegal activities
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

  • Intentionally overload our servers
  • Create content that violates third-party rights
  • Use the app for spam or phishing
  • Share your account with third parties

4Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in BrainSort AI (brain dumps, tasks, notes, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide you with the service.

Our Property

BrainSort AI, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and original content, is the property of benjagc2002. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

5Subscription Terms

BrainSort AI offers free and paid features:

Free Plan

Access to basic features with limits on the number of brain dumps and monthly AI processing.

Premium Plan

  • Subscription is billed monthly or annually
  • Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation
  • Subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription from your App Store account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies

6Limitation of Liability

BrainSort AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors or interruptions
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures
  • AI classification is assistive and may contain errors; always verify important information
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

7Service Availability

We strive to keep BrainSort AI available at all times, but:

  • Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with prior notice
  • Third-party services (AI, storage) may experience outages beyond our control

8Termination

You can stop using BrainSort AI at any time by deleting your account from the app settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You use the app in ways that could harm us or other users
  • You fail to pay subscription fees
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period (we will notify you beforehand)

9Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any dispute will first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
