By using BrainSort AI, you accept the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, we recommend not using the application.

3How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

  • AI Processing: Your brain dumps are sent to artificial intelligence services (OpenAI or Anthropic) to automatically classify content into tasks, events, notes, and checklists. This processing is essential for the app to function.
  • Storage and Sync: Your content is securely stored in Supabase to enable synchronization across devices.
  • Service Improvement: We analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve the user experience.
  • Communication: We send important notifications about your account or service changes.

4Third-Party Services

We work with the following service providers:

🤖 OpenAI / Anthropic

We use these AI services to process and classify your brain dumps. Content sent is subject to their respective privacy policies.

🗄️ Supabase

We use Supabase as our database and authentication service. Your data is securely stored on their servers.

🍎 Apple (Sign in with Apple)

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, optionally, your email (which may be an Apple private relay email).

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure storage on protected servers
  • Restricted access to personal data

7How to Delete Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the BrainSort app
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Select "Delete account"
  4. Confirm deletion

You can also request deletion by contacting us directly. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
